Very Good

Loved the Cyprus food and gluten free area for breakfast, all staff was super friendly and nice. Our room was also really comfy, fresh and clean. Location is also great, walking distance from Nissi :) I would consider coming back :) I was informed there is consturction place near by and was worried it will affecte our stay, but luckily it did not. We had a street view room and had no problem with noice :) tnx for the room :)

I did not really liked a pool area. It was not clean and I did not feel good spending time there. Sunbads were really dirty (even we had clean towels, it still is not covered). Hope it will be changed because this hotel is a really nice place to stay.

Nice hotel near the beach

Nice hotel. Breakfast was great. Pleanty of choise. Clean, they change towels every day. Beach was near.

Noise. There were construction works next to it so it was a bit noisy.

Relaxing stay

The swim-up room was excellent, very relaxing and comfortable. Breakfast was high variety and tasteful. Location is close to multiple points of interests(super market, beaches, good restaurants, I strongly recommend Old Village Tavern)

The room was not very clean, there was dust in the bathroom and the floor inside the room was dirty. The outside bed at the pool had yellow/brown stains and seemed dirty.

Caters to people on all inclusive packages which isn’t great if you want to buy an iced coffee, but can’t because the hotel only offers them at certain times to the package customers

Very good room. Very good breakfast. Place was clean. Pool barman very nice, polite, and social. Very polite receptionists and very helpful, arrival and departure Very polite breakfast staff.

BUT:missing a lot of drinks from the bar. We had to go to the other side of the hotel, bar, to get other kind of drinks. Not available by the pool bar. My expirience, all hotels I visited, have pool waiter or call system for service. Also, night time, waiters 3 or 4, I don t remember, bending on the wall, talking between them , did not bother to come and take orders. You could sell much more. Last, very bad quality of draught beer, and unfortunatly it was flat.

The hotel is close to Nissi Beach walking distance, close to the city center too. It had a lot of breakfast options. However it has been loud and if your room is facing the street, it's actually very loud, lots of trucks loading/unloading items at 7:00 am. Overall it is a bit pricey for the offering.

An enjoyable holiday in a generally good hotel with some lovely rooms, but scope to make it better

Sea view swim up (signature) room was great. Very new, well appointed and comfortable, though a little small and cramped. Service throughout was excellent with a genuinely friendly and polite manor. Food and drink good and varied.

The Tasia website clearly states for this room ‘priority’ early and late checkout but there seems to no more priority for this level of room than any other. In fact, the staff stated it was priority subject to availability which gives no confidence to book on the expectation that you will get priority. In fact there is less chance as only a few of this type of room. It’s a misleading statement. There was no opportunity to have a smoke free environment in any outdoor area. People go to holiday resorts to be outside and should have the ability to enjoy that smoke free. It was particularly annoying from adjacent balconies which also had quite a bit of speakerphone noise. Though not the fault of the hotel, they could encourage people to be more respectful and considerate in this matter when their habits clearly affect others. Also music from the main bar and from pool bar - both ok on their own but frequently clashed with each other when heard from swimup balcony rooms. Just one or the other would be fine but not both! Only one bottle of water for whole stay is a bit mean! They are very cheap in supermarkets across the road, but would have been nice if provided - it’s a basic necessity. Also no shower gel unless requested. Signature rooms are very nice and do have good sea views of the blue water there. Website needs better photos of these new rooms as they are worth it despite the above comments, but attention to these would make this place even better.
