I loved stay at this hotel! Amazing pool, great position of hotel! Fantastic breakfast, they had also gluten free food. Staff is really nice, helpful and polite! I will highly recommend staying at this hotel! I will come back again

Nice hotel

The food was awesome.

We have been asked by the hotel what we prefer two single beds or one double bed. We replied that we prefer one double bed and this request was also mentioned in my booking, but instead we are given two single beds. The staff at reception told us that request is only a request and it doesn't mean that they will provide what is requested. However they sent us staff to connect the two single beds and they used only a mattress protection cover, was not even a mattress topper. For the price the hotel charged and the stars it has this is not acceptable.

overall, was good, especially food and location.

bed sheets could be better quality, food was good and diverse.

expectation for 4 star hotel was higher, some evening entertainments were boring but perhaps due to end of the season.

Went there overworked and exhausted...went home feeling relaxed. It was exactly what we needed.

Location is great, the hotel is clean, the staff is polite, the food is excellent, the spa is good, the entertainment is fun and the manager is funny. See you next year! ️

Smokers! Mr. Manager, please consider creating designated areas for smokers and non-smokers, and prevent guests to smoke under open windows during meals. I know the smoke is airborne, but it would still make a huge difference. Thank you! ️

Very Good

The location was very nice, access to the amazing beach, although the sandy bay beach was full of seaweed. The staff were fabulous, very nice and helpful. Value for money was good.

We booked the cheapest option for the room, so we didn't have high expectations, but still, it could have been cleaner, it seems like they focused their cleaning facilities on more premium rooms. The breakfast was nice with many different options, but unfortunately, the breakfast area was not air-conditioned, it was extremely humid and hot even in mid-September, so we were a bit hesitant to eat the room-temperature cheeses and different meat selections, so we missed out on a lot of the breakfast foods.

Very Good

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The service was commendable, and our room was impeccably clean throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the concept of the pool bar, which added a nice touch to our relaxation time. We had breakfast included and it was pretty good. The hotel is conveniently located on a street lined with many restaurants. However, we highly recommend venturing into the city for a wider selection and better food options, which are just a 20-30 minute walk away.

That said, there were a few drawbacks. The hotel seems to cater primarily to a 60+ crowd, which might not appeal to younger guests. The entertainment options were lacking, and the ambiance by the pool was quite subdued, with barely any music to liven up the atmosphere. If you’re looking for a vibrant, youthful vibe, this might not be the best choice for you. In summary, while the hotel offers good service and cleanliness, it may not suit younger travelers seeking lively entertainment and dining experiences.

Windows open in restaurants as too hot morning and evening.

Nothing! Only thing would say is phone in room was unplugged which would be awful to deal with in emergency

Very Good

Loved the Cyprus food and gluten free area for breakfast, all staff was super friendly and nice. Our room was also really comfy, fresh and clean. Location is also great, walking distance from Nissi :) I would consider coming back :) I was informed there is consturction place near by and was worried it will affecte our stay, but luckily it did not. We had a street view room and had no problem with noice :) tnx for the room :)

I did not really liked a pool area. It was not clean and I did not feel good spending time there. Sunbads were really dirty (even we had clean towels, it still is not covered). Hope it will be changed because this hotel is a really nice place to stay.

Nice hotel. Breakfast was great. Pleanty of choise. Clean, they change towels every day. Beach was near.

Relaxing stay

The swim-up room was excellent, very relaxing and comfortable. Breakfast was high variety and tasteful. Location is close to multiple points of interests(super market, beaches, good restaurants, I strongly recommend Old Village Tavern)

The room was not very clean, there was dust in the bathroom and the floor inside the room was dirty. The outside bed at the pool had yellow/brown stains and seemed dirty.

The staff are very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was great. Amenities were good.

Caters to people on all inclusive packages which isn’t great if you want to buy an iced coffee, but can’t because the hotel only offers them at certain times to the package customers

Very Good

Very good room. Very good breakfast. Place was clean. Pool barman very nice, polite, and social. Very polite receptionists and very helpful, arrival and departure Very polite breakfast staff.

BUT:missing a lot of drinks from the bar. We had to go to the other side of the hotel, bar, to get other kind of drinks. Not available by the pool bar. My expirience, all hotels I visited, have pool waiter or call system for service. Also, night time, waiters 3 or 4, I don t remember, bending on the wall, talking between them , did not bother to come and take orders. You could sell much more. Last, very bad quality of draught beer, and unfortunatly it was flat.
